Android KitKat update ready for Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One Google Play Editions!

According to Google’s official post in Google+ the Android KitKat update procedure for Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One Google Play Edition has already began.


As you may know already, Android 4.4 KitKat has already been installed in Nexus 5, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 with Nexus 4 having just received the update as well. Other manufacturers will follow with updates the coming weeks but it will take some time for the whole procedure to come to an end.

Petition – Google: Update the Galaxy Nexus with Android 4.4 “Kitkat”


Ok here is something i was sure it would happen. Last week Google announced the new Android version 4.4, with the code name KitKat.  Also announced which of the Nexus Devices will get the KitKat update. Unfortunately the Galaxy Nexus was not in the list.

After a new Nexus 5 log leak, we are now pretty sure that Google’s new flagship is ready for imminent release!
