Samsung Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 3 With TD-LTE Support Gets Certified In China

China’s most popular carrier – China Mobile, is set to launch it’s TD-LTE (Time-Division Long-Term Evolution) network on December 18, in an effort to provide faster internet connectivity to it’s subscribers. Apple’s upcoming iPhone is rumored to be launched on the same day and is rumored to have TD-LTE support as well.

Samsung, being Samsung, will not allow themselves to be left behind as we discovered that a TD-LTE enabled variants of the Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N9008V) and Galaxy S4 (GT-I9508C) has been certified by TENAA (China’s equivalent of the FCC) recently, and could launch alongside the iPhone as well before the year ends. It’s also safe to guess that these two devices will be available in China only.
