OnePlus One To Slowly Go Public Until Late June

OnePlus One (Black)

The OnePlus One has been the rage for most Android enthusiast lately, that boasts flagship level specs and features a custom CyanogenMod 11s software making it a unique offering from your usual bloated flaghsip devices except for of course, the Nexus devices. But what makes the OnePlus One even more appealing is that it also carries a price tag that could even beat the future Nexus products as the 16GB variant of the device only costs $299 and $350 for the 64GB version. So, best hardware possible plus the most popular customized Andriod OS at a very cheap price? That pretty much makes it a legitimate flagship killer right?

To be more specific, the OnePlus One will feature a 5.5-inch full HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.5GHz, 3GB of RAM, 16GB/64GB of internal storage, no microSD card slot, a 13MP Sony IMX214 Sensor with 6 Lenses and f/2.0 Aperture camera, and a 3,100mAh Li-Po battery isn’t user replaceable.

And while flagship smartphones from popular manufacturers are already being launched, there are surely a great number of consumers that are probably waiting for the OnePlus One as well. So the big question is, when will the device be available to the majority of consumers?

And now we’ve finally get some timeline that OnePlus will slowly get the device rolling out right after the ‘Smash the Past’ promo where a larger number of consumers will be eligible to get invites for the 16GB Silk White variant of the device from mid to late May, then start rolling out a larger batch of the 64GB Sandstone Black version in early June. And come late June, the OnePlus One will have increased general availability, where people is said to be able to get an invite without much trouble. A great news indeed to those who are itching to get their hands on the OnePlus One while resisting the likes of the already launched Samsung Galaxy S5, HTC One M8, and the Sony Xperia Z2.
