LG To Include Fingerprint Scanner In All Of Their 2014 Flagship Devices

With the idea of a possible eye scanning technology thrown in the garbage can, all upcoming flagship devices are now expected to have fingerprint scanning technology like we’ve been hearing with the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the LG G3.

According to Korean media ETNews, LG not only plans on including the technology on their G3 flagship device, but on most of their upcoming high-end devices as well. The report indicates that LG is also planning to give the LG G Pro successor, the LG G Pro 2 with fingerprint scanner and may be announced at the Mobile World Congress next month.

The question now is how would LG implement this technology. We have previously heard of rumors that the Samsung Galaxy S5’s fingerprint scanning sensor would will be located on it’s touchscreen instead of the home button like what you can find with the iPhone 5s.
