Well this isn’t something new, but in any case, it looks like Japanese telecom operator NTT Docomo unveiled today Sony’s Xperia Z1 f (also known as Honami Mini) as a part of its 2013 winter/ 2014 sprint line-up of mobile devices. The device will hit stores in Japan around the end of December 2013.
The lilliputian smartphone packs a 4.3-inch 720p HD Triluminos display, Android 4.2, 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor and 2300 mAh battery. It also supports LTE, NFC, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, and has a 20.7MP rear camera with BSI and 2.2MP front camera with BSI.
In addition, Sony Xperia Z1 f offers 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, and microSD card slot. Just like its older brother (Z1) the phone is water and dust proof and will be available in Lime, Black, White and Pink colour options in the Japanese market.
We still have no info on pricing, since it be revealed closer to the actual availability. No one knows if this phone will be available in European markets as well.
