Huawei announced today its new quad core K3V2+ SoC made by HiSilicon that will equip its most awaited Huawei Ascend P6S smartphone. The device’s CPU is based on Cortex A9 cores and uses Mali 450 GPU for advanced graphics that are evident after seeing the device’s AnTuTu benchmark results.
Huawei’s Ascend P6S reached a score of 22270 which is average when compared to other devices in the market. The new P6S will be available by the end of next month or by the first days of December. When Huawei’s new chipset hits the stores, it will offer 50% – 80% better performance, with half the energy consumption when compared to the previous model.
