It looks like Google is preparing a brand new health service and plans to unveil it soon, during this year’s Google I/O 2014 that will take place in San Francisco between 25-26 of June. According to Forbes magazine this new app/service will collect data from popular fitness trackers and other health applications!
Google Fit will come as Google’s response to Apple’s Health Kit that was unveiled during the iOS 8.0 unveiling during WWDC 2014, but we don’t know so far if it will be a standalone app or a pre installed featured of the most awaited Android 4.5 update. We also don’t know how this service will connect with Android Wear OS. What we do know however about this year’s Google I/O 2014 is that we will see up close and personal LG G Watch and of course Motorola’s Moto 360 smart watches! Stay tuned!
