The Google Glass team has announced their new Titanium collection that consists of frames for prescription lenses and shades for the Glass wearable device. The frames and shades will be available exclusively to current Glass Explorers or Google Glass owners.
Glass explorers can select from four standard frames – bold, curve, split, and thin depending on the size of your lenses. The shades also has 3 styles in Ray-Ban style classic, sporty edge, and rimless active. The frames carries a pricey $225 tag, while the shades are priced at $150. And once users get their frames, they’ll have to take them to a Google-trained Eye Care Professional (ECP) to get lenses made and fitted. Users can also take the frames to a standard optometrist or glasses store.
