Blu Announces The Vivo 4.8 HD Smartphone

Blu has announced today the newest addition to it’s Vivo line of smartphones, and the successor to the Vivo 4.3, the Vivo 4.8 HD.

The Vivo 4.8 HD looks reminiscent to it’s predecessor, only bigger with an obvious screen size of 4.8 inches. And like the Vivo 4.3, the 4.8 HD also sports a super AMOLED display along with it’s Nex Lens and Infinite View Technology.

As for the rest of it’s specs, the Vivo 4.8 HD will be running Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean, and will feature a 1280 x 720 resolution display, a quad-core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.5GHz and a PowerVR SGX544 GPU. It also packs 1GB of RAM, an 8MP/5MP camera combo, and a 2000mAh battery.

The Blu Vivo 4.8HD will carry a $249 price tag, but the company hasn’t stated a released date as of now. We’ll keep you updated once it’s confirmed.
